Our store warranty and return policy:
We promise to ensure that the product test is normal before delivery and arrange delivery.
We will strive to provide customers with quality products and services.
1. For electronic products such as control boards/display screens/motors/inverters↓↓↓
a. When the buyer receives the product, if it is damaged, please contact us within 1-3 days. I will give you reshipment or reasonable solution.
b. If the items are defective. pls informed us within 3 days of delivery. Pls contact your salesperson before returning the products. We will either replacement or refund upon receipt the defective item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
c. If the return is completed, we will give you a refund after receiving the package.
d. The buyer buys the wrong product/is not satisfied with the product, the buyer needs to bear all the shipping fees/duties/losses of our sellers.
2. For finished products, such as finished treadmills/elliptical machines/spinning bicycles, etc.↓↓↓
a. This type of product will provide a certificate of conformity/warranty manual. When shipped, the package will purchase order insurance.
b. If the package is damaged when you receive it, we will work with you to find the logistics company to settle the claim, thank you.
c. The buyer buys the wrong product/is not satisfied with the product, the buyer needs to bear all the shipping fees/duties/losses of our sellers.
3. For other products, such as buttons/belts, etc.↓↓↓
a. We ship according to the order information/product link or the product model size negotiated with the buyer.
b. If the package is damaged after receiving it, please take a photo as evidence in time and contact our customer service. We will provide you with a reasonable solution.
c. The buyer buys the wrong product/is not satisfied with the product, the buyer needs to bear all the shipping fees/duties/losses of our sellers.
4. For customized products↓↓↓
a. For customized products, we will arrange production and delivery according to the order information or the size/style required by the buyer.
b. Customized products do not support returns or refunds.
