Instructions

1: press the start button, there are 3 seconds countdown, treadmill began to run;

2: press the stop button, treadmill slow down and stop

3: mode key: standby, press the mode key, enter the run mode settings;

4: After the treadmill is started, adjust the speed by speed addition or subtraction or speed shortcut keys

5: After the treadmill is started, adjust the treadmill slope by raising the plus or minus key
